Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and driven E-commerce Specialist with experience in product listing, creating ads, and performing various administrative tasks as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our team to optimize our e-commerce operations and achieve our business goals.

What You Will Do

Product Lister

Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
Add product information (titles, descriptions, prices, stock) and upload appealing product images.
Ad Creative Specialist

Create visually appealing ads (images and videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and TikTok.
Write compelling ad copy that grabs the target audience's attention and drives conversions.

What We Are Looking For

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., customer service).
Experience with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, and Slack is a plus.
Experience with Canva for creating visually appealing ads.
Basic knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is required.
Organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
Available to start immediately and participate in weekly team calls.
