JOB OVERVIEW

Smarcomms is a done-for-you social media posting service. We already have a skilled Facebook Ads buyer who excels at testing, and now we need a Creative Strategist to come up with fresh UGC concepts, coordinate with creators, and produce ads that convert. If you thrive on generating new ideas and love seeing them succeed, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities: UGC Concept Development
1. Methodically Brainstorm and Plan New UGC Ad Concepts

Analyze target audience behavior and preferences to ideate engaging concepts.
Research trending formats, styles, and hooks on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop concepts tailored to the product/service, ensuring relevance and relatability.

2. Write Scripts with Detailed Directions

Create Clear and Actionable Scripts:

Write concise and engaging dialogue or monologue for the content creator.
Incorporate attention-grabbing hooks, product highlights, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
Include Step-by-Step Directions:

Specify actions, camera angles, and transitions for each part of the script.
Example:
Opening: "Start with a close-up of your face, surprised, as you open the product. Say, 'Wait… THIS changed my [specific benefit]?'"
Action: "Switch to a screen recording of the app in use—show clicking the 'Purchase' button."
Animation/Transition: "Use a pop-up animation to highlight key features with text (e.g., 'No monthly fees')."
Highlight Visual Elements:

Mention specific props, settings, or actions (e.g., "Unboxing shot with natural light by a window").
Specify animations, overlays, or captions to be used (e.g., "Add a text overlay: 'Limited Time Offer!'").

3. Collaborate with Content Creators

Share script and directions with content creators and gather feedback.
Adapt scripts based on the creator's unique style while maintaining brand goals.


Requirements
- Must have heavy experience as a UGC Creative Strategist. Please ONLY apply if this is you so as not to waste your time.
- Fluent in English – Must have impeccable grammar and communication skills.
- Meta Ads Experience – Demonstrated success producing ads for Facebook/Instagram.
- Organized & Collaborative – Able to manage multiple creators and campaigns at once while working seamlessly with our Ads buyer.
- Creative & Data-Driven – Combine out-of-the-box thinking with performance insights to craft winning campaigns
