Who We Are:
At Bai-li Essentials, we create natural everyday essentials, thoughtfully packaged in environmentally friendly ways. Our product line includes deodorant, lip balm, and more. We believe every small step towards eco-consciousness is a step in the right direction! We’re looking for someone who shares that passion to join our team.

What You'll Do:
Your primary responsibility will be sourcing potential retailers to expand our reach. Your key tasks will include:
- Find potential retailers, log new leads in Google Sheets, and enrich each lead with key contact and business info.
- Email daily screen recordings of your hours worked.
- Email a weekly update of what you did this week, any blockers, any wins, and what you plan to do next week.

About You:
We’re looking for someone with the following qualities and qualifications:
- You’re passionate about eco-friendly products and sustainable living.
- You’re self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed expectations.
- You’re detail-oriented and take ownership of your work.
- You can thrive while working independently in a remote setting.

You MUST:
- Reside in the Philippines.
- Own a computer and have a reliable internet connection.
- Be available for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
