The Role
As our AI Expert, you’ll play a critical role in transforming how we work. From integrating Notion with our sales funnel and CRM to automating client proposals and monthly reports, you’ll bring efficiency and innovation to every corner of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Process Optimization:

• Enhance workflows on Notion to improve team collaboration and project management.
• Develop seamless integrations between Notion, CRM, and our sales funnel.

Client Proposal Automation:
• Create AI-driven templates and tools to automate new client proposal generation.

Reporting and Analytics:
• Design systems to automate and streamline monthly client reports using AI-powered software.
• Work with tools that access the Amazon API to generate actionable reports and data-driven recommendations for clients.

Automation & Integration:
• Identify and implement AI and software solutions to simplify repetitive tasks across departments.
• Improve efficiency in generating insights and recommendations for client accounts.

Team Enablement:
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to identify bottlenecks and provide scalable solutions.
• Train the team on leveraging AI tools for better productivity.

About You
We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about innovation as they are about efficiency. Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience with AI Tools & Automation: Proven track record of using AI to optimize workflows and automate processes.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Notion, CRM tools, and accessing the Amazon API.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to create insightful and actionable client reports.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A knack for identifying inefficiencies and proposing creative solutions.
