Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our community, and driving brand growth through strategic planning and execution. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful connections, leveraging data for growth, and building a loyal audience, we’d love to hear from you! It's a new start up skincare business and we wanna start slow until we launching the brand and then we would have more hours to give to work for us. At the beginning we are only looking 4 posts per week until launching.
Key Responsibilities
Content Scheduling & Management
Plan, organise, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms to maintain a consistent and active presence.
Ensure all posts are aligned with the brand strategy, voice, and goals.
Community Management
Build meaningful relationships with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Foster an inclusive and supportive online community, turning followers into loyal brand advocates.
Social Media Strategy Development
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to boost growth, engagement, and conversions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to align with emerging best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports showcasing progress, campaign effectiveness, and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration
Work closely with the content creation team to ensure visuals and messaging align with social media strategy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social efforts with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices (Instagram,
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Creative and innovative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite).
Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Experience in running successful paid campaigns on social media.
