Overview:
Cashin Mortgages Inc. will be aggressively marketing to recruit mortgage agents to sign up. We will do it based on better tools such as our CRM Cashin “NITRO” which will allow our agents to have the majority of their information in one location / Portal
In addition we want to manage the digital marketing for our agents allowing them to have access to continuous and ongoing marketing support at a reasonable price.
We will achieve this by using and utilizing outsourcing services, creating process that are repeatable so we have the ability to easily onboarding and setting up the accounts for each agent.
A check list of items needed to easily set up the accounts and monitor.
“Pooling” these activates and services will allow us to deliver cost effective marketing services and

Create onboarding process
- Set up and manage corporate accounts
- Setup and manage agent accounts
Need to know and how to create:
- Business page for Agents /Brokers as an extension of their personal pages
- Set up campaigns
- Ad Creation / Manager in Facebook and other social media, understand targeting, demographics, A/B split testing for copy and graphics
- Monitoring for results and reporting for each agent ie click through rates %’s cost per click etc.
- Outline changes made to increase CPC cost per click etc.
- Report to Manager & Agent(s)
Create Graphics
- Working knowledge of how to customize stock photos to add corporate branding to royalty free & paid for images
- Knowledge how to set up numerous images and monitor performance and switch out low performing or negative images and ads
LinkedIn
- Set up & clean up LinkedIn profile pages adding Cashin Mortgages Inc. Business Page
- Set up Business Pages
- Add / Include Content videos about the company
- Create LinkedIn advertising targeting potential customers
Posting
- Set up and schedule posting for social media accounts
- 1 per week, 2 per week etc. Using software that will help
Other on as needed basis
Content:
- Develop / create scheduling, sourcing the web for content both graphically / images as well as written
- Set up google alerts for content and relevant information – include as a part of the onboarding check list Create content
- Basic pictures with Branding, homes, kitchens architecture (Photoshop, Cavina or similar software)
- Intermediate – collage or similar found on Facebook or similar software gif etc.
- Advanced - white board or short like software Raw Short Doodle or similar etc. “world’s most “expensive”, “Nicest”, celebrity/ vacation/ waterfront/city etc. properties interest, personal helpful hints.
Sales & Recruiting
Using existing - Database “Nitro”
Set up email campaign to contact interested agents, monitor click through rates and follow up with calls to interested parties
