Digital Marketing Asistant

We’re looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and help grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Advertising Management
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital ad campaigns.
• Optimize ad performance by analyzing metrics and implementing A/B testing.
• Research keywords and monitor budgets to ensure ROI and maximize conversions.
• Report campaign results and insights to the marketing team.
2. Social Media Management
• Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing posts and stories that align with our brand.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments or inquiries to foster community growth.
3. Email Marketing
• Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and customer retention strategies.
• Write compelling copy and design layouts that drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor email performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
• Work with the team to enhance on-page and off-page SEO.
• Monitor analytics and implement strategies to increase website traffic.
5. Influencer Collaboration
• Identify and build relationships with influencers to promote our brand and products.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and monitor their performance.
6. Administrative Support
• Assist with additional marketing tasks, including campaign planning, competitor research, and maintaining databases.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including ad management (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for design and marketing.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation.
