Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This position requires expertise in HubSpot, SEO strategies, content creation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to manage diverse responsibilities with precision and creativity.

Channels You’ll Manage:
- Content Hub: Blog, infographics, and resource library management
- Email Marketing: Campaign creation, optimization, and scheduling
- Social Media: Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn
- SEO: Backlinking, website optimization, and performance tracking

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, content hubs, and SEO efforts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Respond to and engage with audience comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, campaign results, and SEO insights.
- Plan and execute content strategies, including blog articles, email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and video projects.
- Develop scripts and storyboards for YouTube videos and infographics, collaborating with the multimedia team to bring ideas to life.
- Research and execute backlink opportunities, directory submissions, and online engagement to improve SEO rankings.
- Optimize and maintain the company’s content library in HubSpot, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize monthly content calendars and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to marketing workflows and strategies for better efficiency and results.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in marketing or related roles.

Skills:
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Asana and other marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and their management tools.
