Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst with strong expertise in accounting or bookkeeping to join our offshore team. This role goes beyond monitoring numbers; we need someone who can dive into the financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive the business forward. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance and ensuring the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including profitability assessments, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed commentary.
Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Provide insights into cost management and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.

Deliverables:
Accurate and timely financial statements.
Actionable recommendations based on financial analysis.
Detailed budget and forecast reports.
Monthly reports on cost-saving and profitability improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis or bookkeeping.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial data clearly.
