Adelaide based residential renovation company specialising in home renovations and additions is expanding and are now looking to hire a superstar virtual assistant. The successful applicant will play an integral role in the business, completing day-to-day admin tasks, marketing tasks and client communication tasks to help our business run efficiently.
It is anticipated that this role will be full time (38hr week) for the right applicant, starting immediately. There will be a dedicated default calendar that will be set with the successful candidate to follow daily and weekly recuring task. You will work closely with the managers daily in a rewarding working environment. There will be flexible working hours between 8am and 7 pm in your local time zone with some occasional out of hours requirements.
We are genuinely looking for an all-round superstar with multiple skill sets that will grow with our business and drive the business success. Given this your income will be negotiated based on your previous experience and value to our business. You will be rewarded well for your time, and this will include birthday leave, local and Australian public holiday leave. Successful applicants will be given the opportunity to grow with the company and will also be rewarded with ongoing personal development funds, bonus schemes and other incentives after a qualifying period.
Some of the role responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Administration tasks
• Personal assistant to Managing Director
• Social media content creation, editing and marketing
• CRM establishment and management
•
• Calendar management, Appointment setting & meeting management/note taking
• Job cost tracking, data entry and reporting
Minimum position requirements
• Strong educational background, speak very good English and have exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency with MS office (EXCEL, word etc.) and marketing content creation tools (Canva, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with access to good internet, up to date computer and software, WhatsApp and other apps as required,
• Must be detail-oriented and task driven
• Applicant must have a positive attitude towards change and be willing to learn and adapt as required
• Able to identify the needs, remove the barriers and provide solutions
• Ideal applicant values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people
• Has good common sense and applied logic
