We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time virtual accountant to manage the bookkeeping for our companies. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll, as well as strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
Manage payroll processes using QuickBooks Payroll.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed.
Monitor and categorize transactions across multiple accounts.
Assist with generating invoices and tracking payments.
Provide end-of-month financial summaries and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, with proven expertise in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll.
Language Skills: Must speak and write fluent English. Strong communication skills are essential.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and other basic office tools.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively while working remotely.
