In this role, you’ll be exposed to all three companies, making a significant impact across diverse industries—all while working from home.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Specialist with a strong background in recruitment to join our team on a part-time basis with an opportunity to transition to Full-time. This is a temporary role for 5 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. Position Details:
- Schedule: Part time - 15 to 20 hours per week
- Availability: Must be able to work during agreed-upon hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with HR best practices.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
