What We’re Looking For...
As a Project Manager at Penji, you’ll oversee projects, ensure design consistency, and collaborate with both clients and designers. While the role primarily focuses on management, we’re looking for someone who’s also familiar with a variety of design categories:
Visual Identity: Logos, brand guidelines, icons, etc.
Marketing & Advertising: Flyers, print ads, infographics, brochures, presentations, etc.
UI/UX: Websites, mobile apps, web dashboards, etc.
Publication Design: Books, newsletters, magazines, catalogs, etc.
Packaging: Boxes, bottles, labels, containers, etc.
Art & Illustration: T-shirt designs, concept art, mascots, comic books, etc.

You don’t have to be an expert in all areas—we’ll teach you to sprint, but you should already know how to run!

Responsibilities:
Manage client communications and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review, edit, and conduct quality checks for design consistency.
Collaborate with designers and tea ---------- mbers to complete projects successfully.
Keep clients informed and up to date on project progress.
Identify and report project issues.
Assist with complex projects and follow established project-handling procedures.

Technical Requirements:
Reliable laptop or PC.
Your own copy of required design software.
High-speed internet connection.
A quiet, dedicated workspace.
