We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll assist customers via
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through
- Assist customers with their orders, product questions, and troubleshooting Shopify-related issues.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of Shopify (managing orders, check inventory, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Familiarity with other customer service tools.
