JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll assist customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure an excellent experience. If you have experience with Shopify and love helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, chat, or phone.
- Assist customers with their orders, product questions, and troubleshooting Shopify-related issues.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of Shopify (managing orders, check inventory, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Familiarity with other customer service tools.
