We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves working on two exciting projects: Lifetime Lashes (a luxury lash salon) and Appointment Hero (a cutting-edge booking CRM software).

Responsibilities:

Lifetime Lashes:
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Create engaging and visually appealing content aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Run and optimize ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
• Perform SEO tasks to improve website ranking and traffic.

Appointment Hero:
• Manage social media content and platforms.
• Create campaigns for Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and PPC strategies.
• Develop engaging content to educate and attract CRM users.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Expertise in PPC campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) are a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
