Job Scope:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products/services and articulate their features and benefits effectively.
- Qualifying leads and passing them on to the sales team for further conversion.
- Schedule appointments for sales team and confirm any previously scheduled appointments.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update/build the customer database with relevant information.
- Data entry and lead collection from websites
- Able to make around 150 calls per day
Requirements:
- Experience in telemarketing/B2B calling is a must
- Some IT knowledge required
- Remote work arrangement
- Training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
