Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong
background in sales to join our team full-time. The Virtual Assistant will be instrumental
in managing daily operations, selling cleaning services, recruiting and managing
cleaners, and promoting the company to generate more leads. The ideal candidate has
exceptional communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive
customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation
*Sell residential cleaning services to prospective clients through calls, emails, or
online inquiries.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
and referrals.
*Utilize sales strategies to convert leads into clients and meet or exceed sales
targets.
*Identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies to capture
them.
*Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance.

Service Coordination
*Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments with clients and cleaners.
*Maintain accurate records of client information and appointment details.

Cleaner Management
*Assist in recruiting and onboarding new cleaners.
*Ensure cleaners are informed about their schedules and job expectations.
*Monitor cleaners' attendance, including clocking in and out of appointments.
*Provide support to cleaners with any issues or questions regarding their tasks.

Marketing & Promotion
*Promote Golden Girls Cleaning through social media and online platforms.
*Create engaging content to attract new clients and enhance brand awareness.
*Monitor and report on marketing efforts and leads generated.

Qualifications
*Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding
targets.
*Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is
preferred.
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Proficient in using scheduling, sales tracking, and CRM software.
*Familiarity with social media marketing tools and strategies.
*Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
