Experienced Outbound Sales Representative

At Ezy Pzy Finance we're looking for an experienced, outbound sales rep to join our rapidly expanding team asap, who can call our warm business loan leads, qualify them and help them to get a loan for their business.

You'll be calling warm Australian business owner leads and seeing if they require a loan for their business, as well as qualifying them to make sure they would be a good fit.

After which you'll be guiding them through the process of getting a loan for their business. As well as handling any objections and negotiating with them, all the way to getting funded.

Full training on the above will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a remote job with a very attractive base salary and benefits PLUS commissions on deals settled PLUS monthly bonuses!

YOU MUST:

- Have proven experience with calling leads, qualifying them and selling them services
- Have a strong ability to follow up and close deals
- Be a great listener and have strong empathy skills
- Be a great problem solver
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Have strong objection handling skills
- Be hungry to earn commissions and hit KPI's
- Be reliable and organised
- Business loan/finance industry experience preferred
- Have NO Accent and have Fluent English
- Have C1/C2 Advanced / Mastery of English Minimum
- Have experience with CRMs and data entry
- Be reliable, self-motivated and hardworking
- Have the ability to work at least 45 hours p/w, Mon-Fri
- Be able to do these hours - 6 am start and 3 pm finish PH time.
- Ability to work with us long-term, minimum of 12 months
- Willing to learn and improve
