With the help of innovative tools like StayFi and HostbuddyAI, much of our workflow is automated, making this role light-duty and perfect for someone looking to supplement their income alongside a full-time job.

Responsibilities:
Respond to guest reviews and provide reciprocal reviews on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
Manage light administrative tasks related to guest communication and reservations as needed.
Use JotForm to manage forms and gather required information.
Provide occasional support to ensure properties are running smoothly.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
Previous experience in short-term rental management or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Availability for light-duty tasks and the ability to respond promptly when needed.

Tech Stack You'll Use:
StayFi: Guest Wi-Fi management.
HostbuddyAI: Automated guest messaging and management.
Hostfully: Property Management System (PMS).
Booking Platforms: Airbnb and VRBO.
JotForm: Forms for guest and property data management.
