About Us
Endurance Exteriors is a fast-growing roofing company based in Minnesota. We're on a mission to help homeowners protect their property through high-quality roofing services. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced female Virtual Assistant to help us generate more appointments and qualify interested leads.

What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads
• Use provided scripts to qualify homeowners and book appointments
• Update call logs, track appointments, and communicate with our team
• Stay consistent, focused, and coachable during trial and full role

Pay Structure
• Trial: $2/hr for up to 4 days (3 hours/day)
• After trial: $4/hr + $10 commission per qualified appointment set
• Bonus:
1–15 appts = $10 each
16–50 appts = $12 each
51–75 appts = $15 each
76+ = custom commissions up to $40/appointment

Who We’re Looking For
- Female applicants only
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Confident and polite on the phone
- Can handle objections and follow scripts
- Able to work US Central hours
- Has a quiet work environment and reliable internet
- Comfortable with commissions and motivated to grow
- Willing to do a short paid trial (up to 4 days)

Bonus if You Have
• Call recordings or voice samples
• Appointment-setting experience in any industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheets
