Virtual Assistant for Social Media Management

Are you creative, organized, and passionate about social media? We're looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to help manage and create engaging content for Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.

Position Details:

Pay: Flat rate of $100/month for 10-20 hours of work, depending on your speed and efficiency.
For January, pay will be $50 due to the partial month.
Workload: Starting at 1 post per day per platform, increasing to 2 posts per day per platform with a corresponding pay increase.

Tools Provided:
TailwindApp for scheduling and templates.
Shopify admin access for image management.
ChatGPT for generating text content and board placement suggestions.
Payment Terms: Paid once per month after the work is completed.

Responsibilities:
Create social media posts for Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram using provided tools and templates.
Utilize ChatGPT for generating primary text, subtext, and relevant board suggestions based on the product's style.
Manage content scheduling and posting via TailwindApp.
Follow social media trends and marketing strategies to optimize post performance.

Requirements:
Experience in social media management, trends, and marketing.
Familiarity with TailwindApp, ChatGPT, or Shopify is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and creative skills.

Primary Communication:
Our primary form of communication will be via Skype. Please ensure you are comfortable using this platform for regular updates and check-ins.

Work Schedule:

Tasks are to be completed over 2-4 days each month, prior to the start of the next month.
