Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Content Strategy & Management
Content Planning: Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy that aligns with brand objectives.
Creative Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and trend-driven TikTok videos to grow followers and increase engagement.
Trend Analysis: Keep up with TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithms to maximize visibility and audience growth.
Cross-Platform Repurposing: Adapt TikTok content for use on Instagram Reels,
TikTok Advertising & Campaigns
Ad Management: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Targeting & Analytics: Utilize TikTok’s advertising tools to target the right audience, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Analyze and report on TikTok ad performance, offering insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
Affiliate Program Management: Identify potential affiliate partners, onboard them, and manage their performance.
Influencer Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and coordinate partnerships with TikTok influencers to boost brand awareness.
Campaign Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of influencer and affiliate campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met.
Community Management
Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews across TikTok, Instagram,
Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to build trust and satisfaction.
Community Growth: Foster an active and loyal online community through interactive content and conversations.
Cross-Functional Support
Work with the marketing team to align TikTok strategies with broader social media and branding initiatives.
Provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with TikTok Ads, content strategy, and influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithms, trends, and analytics.
Experience in affiliate marketing or managing partnerships is a plus.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).
Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Hootsuite) is an advantage.
Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
Experience in Singapore, Hospitality Marketing is a big plus
