Data Entry Specialist

Position Summary:
Dealer Lux is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves collecting and organizing dealer information from manufacturer websites and entering it into both a spreadsheet and HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and experienced with tools like Google Sheets and HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

Visit manufacturer websites and navigate to the "Find a Dealer" or similar sections.
Scrape and collect all available dealer information (e.g., contact details, addresses, and other relevant data).
Enter the collected information accurately into a pre-defined spreadsheet and HubSpot CRM.
Ensure all data is complete, accurate, and organized in accordance with company standards.
Maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly.
Report progress and any challenges encountered during data collection to the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic knowledge of HubSpot CRM (preferred).
Basic knowledge of web navigation and data entry.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
