Key Responsibilities of Our Next Sr. Graphic Designer

Lead the design and conceptualization of digital assets for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, website graphics, and advertisements.
Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to generate innovative design solutions that align with business objectives.
Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster creativity and professional growth.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends and tools, integrating new and exciting techniques into our visual strategy.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate?

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.
Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or Sketch.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design work.
Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of receiving and providing constructive feedback.
