JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities-
Photo Editing: Perform advanced editing (HDR blending, hand blending, sky/grass replacements) for real estate photos.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all photos meet high standards for color accuracy, composition, and overall quality.
Client Delivery: Organize, format, and deliver final edited photos to clients via secure online platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox). Handle client feedback and revisions promptly.
Collaboration: Work with the editing team to ensure smooth project flow and meet deadlines.
Requirements-
Advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Expertise in HDR blending and sky/grass replacements
Excellent photo editing and quality assurance skills
Access to a high-end editing PC and fast internet connection
Experience in real estate photography (preferred but not required)
(Experience with video editing is a bonus but not required)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Client-facing experience is a plus
