Government Bid Writer/PDF Organizer

Hello, I am in need of a bid writer/organizer, it is more of an organizing position because I will fill out the pricing once the PDF is organized but I just need someone to put together the PDFs and follow my process with my template, I have made a video if you want to review the job, it would only take 1-3 hours each day, most days 2 hours.

Must have some experience with ---------- as you need to be knowledgeable of downloading the documents on SAM and filling out the SF-1449 forms.
