Integration Specialist and AI Agent Builder - Zapier & Zapier Central

In this job, you will be in charge of onboarding teams with Zapier and creating Zapier AI Agents through the Zapier Central platform. You are responsible for creating Zaps between different software to integrate with each other and create workflows. Our client will tell us what they want to do and what they want to automate, and we will evaluate the client and have you connect the apps and make Zaps. For building AI Agents, we need someone who is familiar with Zapier Central and knows how to use API's to connect software to seamlessly integrate these platforms to perform tasks. For example, one of the tasks you will be asked to do is to create an AI Sales Development Representative that focuses on cold outreach. This agent will warm up emails, research companies/customers in our clients Ideal Customer Profile, add that information to a CRM, take that information and draft a sequence of emails for the client and automatically send those to a list of people. Once we get responses, there will be multiple steps based on the response we get.
