I am seeking a skilled and creative video editor to produce engaging longform content (10+ minutes) for faceless YouTube channels.
If you have a knack for storytelling, a strong understanding of YouTube's monetization guidelines, and the ability to create captivating videos for niches like celebrity news or true crime, we’d love to work with you!
**The job is: I will be creating a script and voiceover, and you will be creating a video that aligns with the script. Video length will range from 10-30 minutes long, using AI content, stock content, public content, royalty free content**
Responsibilities:
-Edit 10+ minute videos for faceless YouTube channels using provided scripts and voiceovers.
-Incorporate stock footage, sound effects, animations, and text overlays to enhance viewer engagement.
-Maintain compliance with YouTube’s monetization guidelines, copyright rules, and policies on prohibited images and words.
-Source relevant royalty-free assets (images, videos, and audio) to align with the script and niche.
-Deliver polished videos with smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and strong visual consistency.
-Adapt to feedback and refine videos to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in video editing, preferably for YouTube or similar platforms.
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
-Knowledge of YouTube’s monetization guidelines, copyright policies, and terms for prohibited content (an asset).
-Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
-Familiarity with creating content for niches like celebrity news or true crime stories.
-Access to or knowledge of royalty-free stock footage and music sources.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience editing faceless YouTube videos.
-Knowledge of YouTube analytics, audience retention, and content trends.
-Basic graphic design skills for creating thumbnails (optional but a plus).
