About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented **Customer Success Manager** to lead and grow our GoHighLevel Affiliate Program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in strategy, execution, and relationship-building. You will play a key role in enhancing affiliate success, optimizing systems, and driving growth.

Key Objectives
1. **Enhance Offers**: Refine sales funnels, optimize campaigns, automate workflows, and improve outbound strategies to drive meaningful results.
2. **Generate Leads**: Leverage the company database and social media platforms to identify and engage potential affiliates.
3. **Affiliate Success**: Onboard new affiliates with outstanding support, including account setup and snapshot configurations, ensuring a smooth start.



Responsibilities

*Affiliate Onboarding & Support* Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new affiliates and provide ongoing support to maximize their success.
*Community Building* Foster an active affiliate community through strategy sessions, office hours, and exclusive incentives that promote collaboration and growth.
*Workflow Optimization* Create and fine-tune automated workflows, email campaigns, and marketing funnels to enhance efficiency and performance.
**Data-Driven Insights** Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the affiliate program’s impact.
-*Collaborative Campaign Development** Partner with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute impactful affiliate campaigns.
-*Industry Trend Analysis*: Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends, implementing proven strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
-YouTube Growth: Support our YouTube-based lead generation strategy by crafting compelling video scripts, designing engaging thumbnails, and leveraging platform insights to boost engagement.
