Surprise & Delight Manager

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to manage surprise and delight experiences for my clients and friends. This person will work with me on a part-time or hourly basis to craft and execute Surprise & Delight experiences for my clients.

All of our clients come through referral and word of mouth experiences. As such, I would like to create experiences that celebrate ---------- nts in these people's lives.

I wrote a hand-written letter to each attendee of my annual conference
I'd like to do something special for each of our regular clients from throughout 2024 this January.
A promotion, an anniversary, etc. - how do we celebrate these things?
A new job - a bottle of champaign sent to their home

This role will be a mix of managing my Hubspot and client databases, researching clients on LinkedIn, and then project managing the delivery of special ---------- nts to each of these people.

This person is very unique. You must be exquisitely well-organized, and not forgetful or need reminding. You must equally be good at managing and maintaining Hubspot, managing "up the chain of command" (i.e. me), and coming up unique and creative ways to say "thank you" to our best clients.

We will once a month for an hour to review Hubspot and the variety of people you are researching/looking to celebrate. You will have a budget amount to spend per person, and then, with approval, manage the delivery of that Surprise & Delight ---------- nt for that person.
