Part-Time Video Editor and Content Creator

Job Description:
We’re seeking a talented and reliable part-time video editor and content creator to join our team. The role requires 4 hours/day, 5-6 days per week, with a pay rate of $5.00/hour (totaling $440.00/month). Weekly payments will be provided.

This position offers an opportunity to grow with our team as we expand across multiple YouTube channels. We value transparency and collaboration, so please be upfront about your strengths and areas for improvement. The role will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis until skill level and production value are established.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
• Edit short-form videos (shorts) from raw content files.
• Optimize videos with SEO-friendly titles and creative edits to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate to ensure the edits align with our content’s tone and expectations.

2. Content Posting:
• Publish shorts daily on YouTube (as many as possible).
• Post 3-4 shorts daily on platforms like TikTok (when relevant) and Instagram.

3. Video Organization:
• Create timestamps for YouTube long-form and medium-form videos to improve viewer navigation.

Content Breakdown:
• Long Form: Edited by us, featuring full-length episodes.
• Medium Clips: Key highlights from long-form content.
• Shorts: Quick, engaging, bite-sized edits for social media.

Additional Notes:
We’re looking for a proactive and skilled individual who’s eager to grow with us. As we expand to new channels, there will be opportunities for long-term collaboration.

Requirements:
• Experience with video editing (shorts and clips).
• Knowledge of SEO for video titles and descriptions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
• Familiarity with posting on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
