Job Description:
Kit Media is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as the essential link between our internal Advertising Specialist and our white-label agency partner, ensuring campaigns are expertly managed and communication is seamless. You will work across major advertising channels, including Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Criteo, to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and performance expectations.

This position requires proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, and native platform dashboards, as well as strong project management skills to oversee campaign performance, budgets, and implementation. You’ll handle communication via Slack and email, and your ability to adapt and manage feedback loops will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between Kit Media’s internal team and the white-label agency partner, fostering clear and efficient communication.
• Manage and monitor advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Criteo, ensuring they align with campaign briefs and client objectives.
• Conduct daily reviews of campaign performance, budgets, and active ads, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
• Coordinate campaign pivots and adjustments based on feedback from partners and performance metrics.

You’ll also prepare new campaign briefs, collaborate with the Advertising Specialist on implementation, and assist with report preparation to ensure data-driven insights guide decision-making. Regularly attending meetings, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring actionable follow-up steps are executed will be key to your role.
