We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Senior Analyst** to join our Investor Relations team. This key role involves managing preliminary communications with institutional investors, addressing inquiries about our clients' businesses, and booking introductions between investors and our clients. ### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Investor Communication**:
- Engage with institutional investors during the initial stages of the investment process.
- Proactively answer investor questions about client businesses, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- **Investor Education**:
- Provide investors with accurate and compelling insights into clients’ industries, business models, and capital-raising goals.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and manage introductory meetings between investors and clients, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
- **Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct research on potential investors to align them with appropriate client opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends to identify new investor targets and vertical opportunities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of investor communications, inquiries, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports summarizing investor engagement metrics and feedback.
- **Collaborative Support**:
- Work closely with the client management and capital-raising teams to ensure alignment on investor engagement strategies.

### **Qualifications**
### **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
### **Experience**:
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, or adjacent industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of capital-raising processes in different verticals, including funds, startups, and real estate.
### **Skills and Knowledge**:
- **Fluent in English**, with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional understanding of business communication and
- Basic understanding of institutional investors (e.g., family offices, pension funds, endowments, venture capital, private equity) and how they operate.
- Proficient in analyzing business models, financials, and industry trends.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple investor relationships and meetings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Notion) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
