Experienced Lead Sourcer

I am looking for a motivated VA to help assist me with lead sourcing.
What you will be doing:

You will be scraping 100 - 200 specific leads each day and placing them on an excel sheet.

Skills required:
- You must have previous Instagram cold outreach experience.
- You must have a strong understanding of prospective clients and how to identify them.
- You must be hardworking and meet the lead requirements each day.
- You must have excellent communication skills.

Salary + Commission Structure:
$250 base salary with a commission of 5% per every closed lead that you scrape (every closed deal is at least 1,000 dollars and on average we're closing 3 deals a week).

Performance Bonuses:
Alongside your base salary and generous commission pay, you will also receive performance bonuses for your hard work. This could be up to an additional $50 per month.
