Job Title: Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve + Frame.io)

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with 4+ years of experience to join our growing content production team. You will be responsible for editing and producing 2–4 medium-length videos per month (5–30 minutes) and up to 30 shorts (for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) per month. This is a long-term collaboration with the possibility to become a full-time role—and eventually lead a team.

Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Post-Production
• Edit footage using DaVinci Resolve (required)
• Potentially Utilize Blackmagic equipment and workflows
• Collaborate on projects via frame.io for feedback and review
2. Advanced Editing Skills
• Color Grading & Color Correction for a professional finish
• Motion Graphics & Text Animations to enhance storytelling
• Audio Mixing & Noise Removal for clear, crisp sound
• Maintain engaging pacing & storytelling throughout each video
3. Assets & Organization
• Source additional images, video clips, and sound effects as needed
• Maintain well-organized project files and version history
4. Collaboration & Communication
• Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
• Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and solutions
5. Long-Term Growth
• As our channel and content library grow, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your role, potentially becoming a full-time lead editor or overseeing an entire post-production team.

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional video editing experience
• Expert-level knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, with proficiency in color grading
• Familiarity with Blackmagic camera workflows
• Comfortable using Frame io for file sharing and collaboration
• Strong understanding of audio mixing, noise reduction, and motion graphics
• Excellent English communication skills
• Track record of producing viral or high-engagement short-form videos
