Join Bluecraft Leads, a cold email marketing agency, as our Campaign Manager and take charge of our outreach campaigns and client fulfillment efforts.

About Us
Bluecraft Leads specializes in helping businesses book more appointments with their ideal clients through expertly crafted cold email campaigns. As our Campaign Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of these campaigns, delivering measurable results for both our company and clients.

Role Overview
As a Campaign Manager, your mission will be to:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns.
- Ensure inbox management and timely client communication.
- Source and verify high-quality leads.
- Deliver detailed reports and actionable insights.
This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours but requires availability roughly from Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST, for team and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and monitor email campaigns using tools like Instantly and Smartlead. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet KPIs.
- Inbox Management: Respond to positive replies within 20 minutes during business hours, book meetings, and maintain an organized inbox.
- Lead Sourcing: Use tools like Apollo and Clay to source, verify, and personalize leads with a goal of achieving a positive reply rate of 2% or higher.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly reports summarizing email reply rates, meetings booked, and actionable insights. Ensure 100?curacy in reported data.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have relevant experience: Proven success managing cold email campaigns, lead sourcing, and inbox management.
- Are detail-oriented: High accuracy in data entry, reporting, and task execution.
- Excel in communication: Ability to provide concise, professional updates to clients and internal teams.
- Are proactive and analytical: Anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Can manage time effectively: Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

- Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay
- Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Airtable
- Automation tools like Zapier and Make.com (a plus)
