This role involves preparing accurate project estimates while providing virtual administrative support to streamline operations. ### **Key Responsibilities**

#### **Estimator Tasks**
- **Project Estimation**: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for metal roofing projects based on provided plans, specifications, and scope of work.
- **Material Takeoffs**: Review architectural drawings to calculate material requirements and labor costs.
- **Lead Generation**: Perform lead scraping to identify potential new projects and opportunities to grow the pipeline.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with the shop manager to clarify project details, confirm material needs, and address any questions about the project.

#### **Virtual Assistant Tasks**
- **Scheduling**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate project timelines.
- **Trello CRM Management**: Keep the CRM updated with project details, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- **Admin Support**: Assist with email correspondence, document organization, and other administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of estimates, builder communications, and project progress.
- **Problem Solving**: Offer creative solutions to challenges, identifying inefficiencies or opportunities others might miss, in a way that fosters teamwork and collaboration. Precision in these tasks is key to maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- **Collaboration with Leadership**: Work closely with the company owner for ongoing training and alignment on priorities. Participate in regular check-ins to stay up to speed on active projects and adjust focus as needed.

### **Who You Are**
- **Experienced Estimator**: You have experience in construction, roofing, or a related field and are comfortable reading architectural plans and preparing estimates.
- **Highly Organized**: You excel at managing multiple projects and deadlines without missing a detail.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiar with tools like Trello, Google Workspace, and estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
- **Strong Communicator**: Your written and verbal communication is clear, professional, and engaging.
- **Proactive Problem-Solver**: You can identify inefficiencies or challenges and offer solutions to improve processes.
- **Ambitious & Growth-Oriented**: You’re eager to grow with the company, learn new skills, and take on more responsibilities over time.

- Experience in metal roofing or construction estimation.
- Familiarity with lead scraping or market research for generating new opportunities.
