Job Overview

eFunder Capital is a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment lending company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support loan processing, broker communication, and direct client relations.

This is a full-time, long-term role for a candidate who wants to grow with us. The ideal candidate has experience in loan processing, real estate finance, or mortgage administration and is comfortable communicating with brokers, lenders, and direct clients.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:
Fluent English (Speaking & Writing) – Must be professional and confident in verbal and written communication with U.S. clients and brokers.
Loan Processing / Mortgage Industry Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Loan Processing & Coordination

Collect and review loan application documents from brokers and direct clients.
Pre-screen loan files before submission to lenders for accuracy and completeness.
Track loan progress in Lendtrex CRM, keeping deal statuses updated.
Follow up on missing documents with brokers and clients.
Work with lenders & underwriters to ensure smooth loan processing and closing.
Process DSCR, fix-and-flip, rental, and commercial investment property loans.

2. Broker Communication & Support

Liaise with external brokers submitting deals to eFunder Capital.
Request missing documents from brokers on behalf of their clients.
Answer broker inquiries regarding loan programs, eligibility, and funding timelines.
Follow up with brokers on incomplete applications to push deals forward.
Ensure a seamless experience for brokers working with eFunder Capital.

3. Direct Client Interaction & Support

Communicate 100% with clients who apply directly to eFunder Capital for funding.
Guide clients through the loan application process and answer their questions.
Assist in gathering financial documents and application materials.
Schedule consultation calls between clients and the founder.
Provide loan status updates and address client inquiries.

4. CRM & Workflow Management

Monitor & update Lendtrex CRM (GoHighLevel) to track broker and client submissions.
Automate email follow-ups to brokers and clients regarding loan statuses.
Generate reports on loan submissions, approval rates, and closing timelines.
Create SOPs for document collection & loan submission best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent English (Speaking & Writing) – Must be highly proficient in professional communication.
2+ years of experience in loan processing, mortgage industry, or real estate finance.
Experience using CRM systems (Lendtrex, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Highly detail-oriented – must ensure accuracy in managing loan files and documentation.
Strong customer service & problem-solving skills – professional, friendly, and proactive.
Experience with investor-friendly loans (DSCR, Hard Money, Fix-and-Flip, Commercial) is a plus.
