Backend Manager (Fashion Dropshipping)

We are seeking an experienced Backend Manager to lead and optimize our backend operations in the fast-paced world of fashion dropshipping. If you have at least 2 years of experience in this field, a proven track record in building and managing teams, and the ability to create efficient systems and processes, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all backend operations, including PayPal disputes, Klarna disputes, and customer inquiries related to products.
Build and lead a high-performing backend team by identifying, recruiting, and mentoring the right talent.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline and automate backend processes for maximum efficiency.
Monitor and analyze critical KPIs such as dispute rates, return reasons, and other performance metrics.
Prepare and present detailed reports on backend performance and KPIs to the management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Continuously evaluate and improve backend operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience and minimize disputes.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in backend management, specifically in the fashion dropshipping industry.
Proven ability to build and manage teams, including recruiting and developing tea ---------- mbers.
Strong understanding of customer support processes, dispute handling, and backend operations in e-commerce.
Experience in creating and implementing SOPs to automate processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key performance indicators.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
