Experienced Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant with Law Firm Experience

Our growing law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in managing financial records and ensuring accurate reporting. (Please note that we only accept applications from Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines during the application process.)

Key Qualifications:
Technologically savvy and comfortable working with bookkeeping software and tools.
Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably with prior experience working with law firms.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a high degree of integrity.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours to collaborate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable.
Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Handle invoice generation, expense tracking, and payment processing.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure records are up to date.
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate client billing and trust account management.
Monitor and report on the firm’s financial health, including cash flow and budgeting.
Assist with tax preparation and compliance, including filing reports and tracking deadlines.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and legal requirements.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and tea ---------- mbers regarding financial matters.
Suggest improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency.

Compensation: Starting at $6/hour USD, with opportunities for growth.
