Responsibilities
-Create and organize knowledge bases tailored to each client’s needs.
-Audit and clean up existing help documentation, FAQs, and support resources.
-Develop clear, step-by-step guidance and documentation that is easy to understand and follow.
-Collaborate with VIP clients to ensure their support materials align with their goals and expectations.
-Leverage advanced AI tools to assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining knowledge bases and help content.
-Systematize and document processes to streamline knowledge management for clients.
-Provide VIP-level customer support by addressing specific documentation needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
-Proven experience in knowledge base creation, technical writing, or related fields.
-Exceptional ability to structure and present information in a clear, logical, and step-by-step format.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies for content optimization.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with VIP clients.
-A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating efficient systems.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience working with customer support teams or SaaS companies.
-Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Groove, or similar help desk platforms.
