Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Leopard.fyi. In this critical role, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, with a focus on securing meetings with Recruiting and Engineering Leaders to discuss our services. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outreach via phone auto-dialers, effectively communicating Leopard’s value proposition to set up overview meetings with our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach and Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to potential clients, aiming to schedule meetings with Leopard's CEO & key decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and report on outreach efforts.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare detailed briefs for the sales team prior to meetings, ensuring they have all necessary information to effectively engage with prospects.
Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from interactions to improve messaging, strategies, and processes.


Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time role offering $7.50 per hour plus significant performance-based bonuses for successful placements. Additional benefits include PTO days and holidays.
Partial overlap with US PST or EST hours is essential for effective communication with our target market.
