Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Virtual Assistant with experience in cold email outreach and selling online technologies. Your primary role will be prospecting, engaging leads, and closing sales for our WordPress services. This is a commission-based role with a base pay, generous bonuses, and room for growth.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $100/month (paid biweekly via Wise)
- Bonuses:
- Sell 5 packages/month: +$250
- Sell 10 packages/month: +$500
- Sell 15 packages/month: +$1,000
- Sell 20 packages/month: +$1,500
- Quota: Minimum 2 sales per month (employment terminated if unmet for 3 consecutive months).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold email outreach to small businesses and solopreneurs (excluding witchcraft, highly spiritual, and religious organizations).
- Prospect and identify new leads based on provided criteria.
- Track and report daily sales activities, including leads generated, opportunities created, and calls booked.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using a CRM, spreadsheet, or other tools provided.
- Communicate updates and progress daily via email or Google Chat.

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold email outreach and selling online services or technologies.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
