JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!
I need a professional EXPERT trained in Quickbooks (accounting software)and a VA.

Key roles:
(1) The savvy individual will be proficient in ALL aspects of Quickbooks (keying in weekly expenses, generating customer invoices/receipts, keeping track of bank statements).

(2) Other VA tasks: Perform basic administrative duties: - Enter appointments into Acuity Scheduler on a daily basis, answering calls, data entry, Conduct market research.

Requirements:
The applicant must be fluent in English communication (both written and verbal).
Applicant must be willing to work long term (6 months +). Expected to work on a regular basis of (40 hours per week). Complete tasks within deadlines (e.g. 48 hours). Must be organised. Willing and ready to start ASAP. Able to communicate over Skype during standard business hours. Must provide sample of previous work ( Quick books expenses/ invoicing done) and be prepared to complete 1paid test. Successful applicants will, then, be required for a Skype interview.
