Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will be contacting real estate leads who have filled out an online form requesting information about their property’s value. These leads have shown interest in selling or learning more about the home-selling process. You’ll use your near-native or native-level English proficiency (to engage with Australian leads) and your exceptional sales acumen to build rapport, qualify, and convert these leads into scheduled appointments for our real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Outreach: Promptly call, text, and/or email new leads who have completed our property valuation form.
- Relationship Building: Use excellent communication skills to quickly build rapport, understand the lead’s needs, and gauge their timeline for selling.
- Qualification: Ask targeted, consultative questions to pre-qualify leads based on motivation, timeframe, property details, and readiness to sell.
- Follow-Up: Consistently nurture warm leads until they’re ready to meet with an agent.
- Appointment Setting: Secure qualified appointments for our clients’ real estate agents, ensuring all key information is documented.
- Data Management: Record and update all lead interactions in the CRM, maintaining accurate lead status and notes.
- Sales Mindset: Consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly conversion and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications & Skills
- High English Proficiency: Native or near-native English speaking and writing skills, essential for engaging with Australian clients.
- Exceptional Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus).
- Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle objections and maintain motivation throughout follow-up processes.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and other lead management tools.
- Customer Service Mindset: Committed to providing an outstanding experience for every lead.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit; comfortable working with agents, managers, and fellow ISAs to achieve shared goals.
