Job Description

As a Real Estate Texter, your primary focus will be to connect with potential land buyers through strategic text messaging campaigns. By utilizing Smarter Contact and refining scripts, you’ll drive lead generation and build strong relationships with prospective buyers in the rural land market.

Key Responsibilities

Texting Campaigns: Execute daily texting campaigns, reaching over 1,800 potential buyers using Smarter Contact.

Script Optimization: Continuously refine and improve text message scripts to increase engagement and lead conversion.

Lead Generation: Qualify potential buyers through text interactions and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all text conversations and leads in the CRM system (Follow-up Boss).

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about real estate trends, rural land market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead hand-offs and communication.

Qualifications

Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in US-based real estate, with a focus on vacant land sales.

Skills:
o Proficiency in Smarter Contact for executing and managing texting campaigns (required).
o Strong communication skills with a persuasive, professional approach to text messaging.
o Exceptional scriptwriting and editing abilities to enhance engagement.
o Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Attributes:
o Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
o Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:
o Familiarity with Land Insights and Follow-up Boss or similar platforms is a plus.
