Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a high volume of cold calls to prospective clients with the goal of setting appointments.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Demonstrate professionalism, positivity, and persistence in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve calling strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in cold calling is required.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
- Positive attitude and growth-oriented mindset.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Equipment: Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup suitable for making calls.
