Marketing Coordinator Job Description
Position: Marketing Coordinator
Reports To: Head of Media
Type: 20-30 hours per week
Location: Remote
Remuneration: Estimated: $2500 AUD

Your Mission
To support the Head of Content in executing our 2025 Content Mission by ensuring content is planned, scheduled, created, and published with precision (collection of data) and impact (generating leads for sales team). You’ll own the day-to-day execution so our creative process runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)
Plan & Schedule Content (20%)

Own the content calendar to ensure all tasks, deadlines, and campaigns are on track.
Collect objections, client wins, coaching call transcriptions and create a content board ready for script and hook creation
Assist in script preparation for videos, podcasts, and campaigns.
Coordinate schedules for filming and podcast recordings with Laura and the Media team.
Publish & Optimize Content (30%)
Schedule content across Instagram, YouTube, podcast platforms, and email marketing tools.
Format and optimize content for each platform to drive engagement and leads.
Monitor post-performance and report key metrics to the team.
Repurpose & Support Content Creation (30%)
Turn content (e.g., podcasts) into social media posts, email newsletters, and case studies.
Write captions and descriptions in the brand’s tone using skills and AI.
Conduct research on audience trends to inform content strategies.
Collaborate with the Team (20%)
Support weekly content sync meetings with action items and updates.
Work with designers and editors to create on-brand, high-quality content.
Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion without handholding.

We see increased engagement, leads, and audience growth driven by your work.
Deliver weekly marketing metrics and highlight KPIs to leadership team.
You proactively suggest improvements, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What You Bring
Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in a marketing or content role where you’ve delivered results.
Familiar with tools like Later, Canva, GoHighLevel YouTube Studio, Zoom, Descript, ChatGPT and ClickUp.
Proactive and resourceful mindset—you anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
Strong organizational skills—you’re a pro at keeping projects and processes on track.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline production.
Bonus Skills
Experience with email marketing platforms like GoHighLevel

Additionals:

While our system provides comprehensive training, you will need to have previous experience in a marketing role.

Hourly rates will increase over time with consistent success. We are seeking individuals who can grow alongside our company, benefitting mutually from our progress.

Training will be provided, and a paid probationary period of 30 days will be in effect.
