### **Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Management:**
- Cold-call leads generated from ads to schedule free virtual consultations.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and DMs to convert inquiries into booked consultations.

- **Client Communication:**
- Send emails to clients, including follow-ups, reminders, and updates.
- Help upsell services like packages, upgrades, or additional training options.

- **Social Media Support:**
- Assist in designing and scheduling social media posts (video editing, promoting services).
- Help run direct messaging (DM) campaigns to connect with potential clients.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Keep track of scheduled consultations and ensure seamless communication between clients and the business.
- Maintain a record of lead interactions and outcomes.

### **Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or similar role.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and social media).
- Comfortable with cold-calling and converting leads.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
