Your Role
1. Execute marketing strategies: Collaborate with the KLA team to implement marketing initiatives, including
2. Content management: Oversee the creation of compelling content such as blogs,
3. Campaign management: Plan, oversee, and/or execute multichannel campaigns, leveraging HubSpot to ensure timely delivery and optimize performance.
4. SEO: Conduct SEO audits, optimize website pages, and utilize tools like SEMrush to track and improve SEO performance.
5. Analytics and performance optimization: Diligently analyze dashboards, including HubSpot, to track campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven recommendations.
6. Team collaboration: Work closely with internal tea
7. Event marketing: Coordinate and promote webinars, speaking engagements, and other KLA-hosted events as part of broader marketing efforts.
8. Tool mastery: Leverage platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, and project management tools like Teamwork or Asana to manage workflows and drive efficiency.
9. Continuous improvement: Stay current with marketing trends, AI advancements, and technologies, exploring innovative strategies and tools to enhance KLA’s marketing efforts.

Your Education and Experience
1. Strong English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Marketing Expertise: At least 7 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, SEO, and digital marketing.
3. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects and meeting deadlines.
4. Tool Proficiency: Competence in using HubSpot, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Canva, SEMrush, and project management tools.
5. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex tasks and maintain high standards of quality.
6. Growth Mindset: Proven ability to adopt new technologies and stay current with marketing trends.
7. Remote Work Experience: Confident and comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment and consistent overlap with US time zones (GMT-7).
8. Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps).
